Refund Policy

We want you to have the best and not settle for less! If you are not completely at peace when you taste a piece of our baked goods, please let us know as soon as you notice there is an issue, so we can satisfy your desire.

Delivered OR In-Store Baked Goods

Subject to these terms, we gladly offer refunds on the purchase of goods but not on the provision of services. Our returns period lasts for 2 days after you receive any item. If 2 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. When you pick up your order at the store or receive a delivery, check to make sure it is what you purchased. If someone else picks up for you, keep them posted what you ordered, so they can do a final inspection as well.

To be eligible to return an item for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If you serve the baked good/cake/bread and feel there is a problem with the baking, do not throw it away. Please keep us posted and return to us if possible, so we can see what is wrong, and if it is something wrong we will gladly replace it, refund your credit card or give you a Clark's Coffee Cakes store credit and will work with you to determine the acceptable solution.


Where items have been custom made for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.

Shipped Baked Goods

We are shipping baked goods/crumb cakes that have no preservatives. This means if we ship ground, we cannot guarantee our baked goods condition upon arrival. Overnight is optional but 2–3-day shipping will be the best options to keep the product as fresh as possible. Although coffee cakes/baked goods with no fillings can easily ship ground and be fine upon arrival, even with delays. Crumb cakes can make a perfect gift choice.

We cannot be responsible for staleness/spoilage due to courier shipping delays, or if recipient is not at the delivery location to receive the shipment.

If you need to replace an item, send us an email with a picture at our contact email address on this website. We will notify you of the approval and will process your refund within a few business days after the confirmation.

Shipping costs are refundable. If you receive a refund for a faulty item.
